Terms of Use for StaplyDoc

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the StaplyDoc iOS app ("App", "Service"), provided by StaplyDoc ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must comply with applicable laws when using the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful use.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with operation, or use the App for illegal or infringing activities.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

StaplyDoc offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.

• Ad-Free Monthly: EUR 2.99 per month, no free trial.
• Ad-Free Yearly: EUR 9.99 per year, with a 1-month free trial (if eligible).

Pricing may vary by storefront, currency, taxes, and Apple policy updates. Final price shown by Apple at purchase checkout controls.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Purchases, Refunds, and Restores

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple policies.

You can restore eligible purchases using the in-app "Restore Purchases" option.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to StaplyDoc. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to store and use that content.

6. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaplyDoc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion in the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Apple Standard EULA

These Terms are in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
