This Privacy Policy explains how StaplyDoc ("we", "our", "us") handles your information when you use the StaplyDoc iOS app.

• Document metadata: document titles, categories, collections, favorite flags, created/updated timestamps.
• Document files: images or PDFs are stored locally on your device.

3. Tracking and Advertising

StaplyDoc may show advertising in the free plan. Where required, we request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing data used for tracking.

You can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

4. Data Sharing

We may share limited data with service providers that help operate the app (for example, authentication, analytics, cloud storage, and ads). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and policies.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

5. Data Storage and Security

Document files (images/PDFs) are stored on your device. We do not intentionally upload the document file content to our servers as part of normal app usage.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

7. Account Deletion

You can request deletion from within the app by using Profile > Delete Account. This removes account-related data from our systems, subject to legal obligations and technical limitations.

StaplyDoc is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. International Users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ.
